Phase 2: Market Intelligence / Industry Mapping
We help our Clients understand the availability of skill in the Market or any given regions and associated costs for any Skill Set. The Market Intelligence / Industry Mapping services are provided as special services only on demand.
CBC believes in mapping the Industry for any given mandate on a regional basis and we keep our mapping up to date so as to be aware with the latest movements of the candidates in the market. |
Phase 3: Sourcing Strategies/ Identifying the candidate pool

Phase 4 : Recruitment Planning / Hiring Strategy
Once we have gathered the required market data, our next step would be to source the candidates resumes by above methods and rank the candidates based on various parameters. Post this we build a pipeline of prospective candidates based on Companies and locations and client preferences

Phase 5 : Talent Identification
Once we rank the candidates based on certain parameters we go ahead an initiate a discussion and do the following
- Represent the Client Organization as Brand Ambassadors
- Initiate a discussion and check the interest levels of the candidates
- Share the Client Organization profile and Job Description
- Evaluation on various parameters
- Prepare notes about candidates to be presented to the Clients along with resumes
Phase 6 : Coordination & Communication
- Interview Scheduling & coordination
- Feedback and updates to Clients and Candidates by Phone, Email & SMS
- Salary Negotiations with both Clients and Candidates based on need
- Post offer follow- up
